New Details Revealed for Gehry-Designed Louis Vuitton Flagship on Rodeo Drive

Plans for a striking new Louis Vuitton flagship store in Beverly Hills are moving forward, with fresh details unveiled about the Frank Gehry-designed project at 468 N. Rodeo Drive. The development will transform the south side of South Santa Monica Boulevard, replacing existing commercial buildings—including the former Brooks Brothers and the Paley Center for Media—with a bold architectural statement.
A Three-Story Landmark in the Making
The upcoming structure will rise three stories tall, spanning nearly 100,000 square feet of floor space, along with a basement parking garage. The design reflects Gehry’s signature sculptural approach, combining functionality with artistic impact to reshape a prominent stretch of Beverly Hills’ luxury district.Retail and Rooftop Experience on Rodeo Drive
On the Rodeo Drive side, the building will feature approximately 45,433 square feet of retail space, including a rooftop terrace designed for exclusive shopping and experiential activations. This section of the project will serve as the primary flagship retail destination for Louis Vuitton.Expanding Into Culture and Dining on Beverly Drive
The Beverly Drive wing, totaling nearly 54,000 square feet, will house a mix of cultural and culinary attractions:24,294 square feet dedicated to museum space
6,298 square feet for a gift shop and retail
A 5,567-square-foot café
A 150-seat restaurant
Additional back-of-house and mechanical spaces
This blend of retail, dining, and cultural programming positions the project as more than a store—it’s set to become a multi-experience destination.
