Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Relist Beverly Hills Mansion With $8M Price Cut

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s former Beverly Hills marital mansion has returned to the market—this time at a steep discount. The luxury estate, once envisioned as the couple’s forever home, is now listed for $52 million, reflecting an $8 million price reduction after more than a year of unsuccessful selling attempts.

A Short-Lived Dream Home

The pair, who married in July 2022, purchased the lavish property in May 2023 for $60.9 million. They reportedly invested millions more into renovations to customize the residence, transforming it into their ultimate marital retreat. However, just over a year later, Lopez and Affleck decided to put the mansion back on the market with an ambitious $68 million asking price.

From High Hopes to Divorce

The home sale quickly became intertwined with the couple’s personal journey. After announcing their split, finalized in January 2025, Lopez and Affleck agreed to share any profits from the property’s sale. Yet finding a buyer proved difficult. In May 2025, the asking price was cut to $59.9 million, but the mansion was soon pulled off the market.

Back on the Market With a Steeper Discount

Now, property records confirm the estate has been relisted at $52 million, marking a significant markdown from its original $68 million listing. Even with the reduction, the mansion remains one of the most expensive properties in Beverly Hills, boasting the scale and luxury expected of a Hollywood power couple.

A Symbol of a Bygone Chapter

For Lopez, 56, and Affleck, 53, the sprawling residence represents both the peak of their rekindled romance and its unraveling. While their marriage may be over, the sale of this estate is the final step in closing the chapter on their short-lived life together in Beverly Hills.
